Students from all across Ontario recently attended the Study and Go Abroad Fair, which was held on Sunday, October 1st, 2017 from 12 PM to 5 PM at the downtown Metro Convention Centre, right beside the CN Tower. The fair featured dozens of different universities, colleges, and schools from all over the world, and also hosted multiple presentations and seminars.
On Friday, September 15th, 2017, students from Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary School participated in the P.A.R.T.Y. program, located at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, Ontario. Through the program, they were able to learn about the prevention of alcohol- and drug-related trauma in youth.
On Thursday, September 7th, 2016, the ninth grade students of Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary school participated in the latest and last Grade 9 Olympics. To commemorate the school’s final year, the Student Athletic Association and the Student Activity Council gave the Olympics a fresh upgrade by hosting the event at the Kortright Centre for Conservation, located in Vaughan.
